Re: Dom Classes For Mac
April 05th, 2011 The Days on Market (DOM) keeps track of how many days a property has been on the MLS. The system keeps track of this information through the APN number, address, city, and zip code. The DOM count is continuous, as it does not reset with a new MLS number. Please take this into consideration if you want to re-list your property. DOM is set on a 30-day timer. To reset the DOM back to zero, a listing must be off-market for at least 30 days. Off-market is defined as either Canceled or Expired Status.
Withdrawn status does not reset the DOM. If a listing has been Withdrawn, it will not accrue more DOM, but it also will not reset DOM to zero after 30 days. For more information concerning Status, please visit our page.
