Can't connect to Lumo Lift App (Android) FullyWashable — Aug 04, 2016 06:41PM PDT I have a Lumo Lift device (not a Lumo Back) and the Lumo Lift App on my Android phone (again, not the Lumo Back). Like the other user who is unable to connect, if I click the 'connect' button for the Lumo Lift in the 'devices' page, it simply opens a tab to the itunes store page for the Lumo Back App. This happens on my computer (Windows 10, Chrome) and on my phone (Samsung Galaxy 5). I think this connection is completely misdirected on your end.
